1. Perhaps we expected more attention to detail from the staff?Cons- we were aware of this before we booked but the daily valet is expensive at $25 per day and the internet fee is outrageous.

5. The only negatives were the outrageous prices at the gorgeous lounge and beach bar ($22 and $16 respectively for an average glass of wine), and there were too many unruly children (I guess you cannot blame the hotel for that).
