1. When we told him we were there for an entire day earlier, he said they would serve us (all of a sudden he didn't care about laws?)The waitress was then rude until we asked her (nicely) if it would be better if we walked up to the bar to get our own food and drinks.

2. The St Regis in our hometown is quite stuffy, and the staff is actually a bit rude - so when we got to the St Regis Princeville, we were blown away by how beautiful the grounds were, and how friendly, helpful, and accommodating the entire staff was at this resort.
