1. We had read many negative reviews when this hotel first opened and saw none of those problems of poor attitudes, etc.

3. Regis during the torrential rains and our experience was quite similar to theirs so I will not repeat but would like to add that the weather was not the real problem at the St.

7. Also, we waited an hour and a half as Ma***** was suppose to call engineering to look into our wifi problem - but they never came.
