1. In addition, upon checking in and going up to my room on the 18th floor, my key didn't work, I went back down to the lobby (BTW, the elevators can be slow in this hotel) with my luggage and asked for the key to be fixed.

3. It took several tries to get a room with a decent view (I was offered two on a lower level looking out at a roof) and I must say 'Lee' could not have been more helpful in this effort, but I was later told by room service that the hotel was slow and only at 50% capacity, so I'm not sure why this should have been so difficult.
