In addition, upon checking in and going up to my room on the 18th floor, my key didn't work, I went back down to the lobby (BTW, the elevators can be

in this hotel) with my luggage and asked for the key to be fixed.

The $13 fee per 24 hours was steep but fine (company pays), but the connection was attrocious - very

It took several tries to get a room with a decent view (I was offered two on a lower level looking out at a roof) and I must say 'Lee' could not have been more helpful in this effort, but I was later told by room service that the hotel was
slow
and only at 50% capacity, so I'm not sure why this should have been so difficult.
