1. It took several tries to get a room with a decent view (I was offered two on a lower level looking out at a roof) and I must say 'Lee' could not have been more helpful in this effort, but I was later told by room service that the hotel was slow and only at 50% capacity, so I'm not sure why this should have been so difficult.

5. The rooms are very elegant with granite countertops in the bath and bedroom but are fairly small and if occupied by a family may be difficult to maneuver around in.
