1. Some of the rooms are noisy - especially if you are near the elevators, and particularly those on the top floor for some reason.

3. Room has great extra space, bathroom is ok, bed is great, TV is great, they provided coffeemaker but no fridge? what kind of 5 star hotel has no fridge? Almost every room has a connecting door, so beware of noisy neighbour.

4. You can also totally trust the hotel: I had ordered online and even though they received my boxes in advance, they kept them and provided to me as soon as I arrivedBad points: during weekends there are always a million events taking place, the hotel is super crowded and noisy.

5. We had just moved on from The Omni in Corpus Christi (lovely hotel but horrible experience with noisy coach parties), hence we asked for 2 quiet rooms where we could catch up with our sleep before heading back to the UK.
