1. The service at the front desk was pretty good though; and when I called them a couple of weeks later to get a copy of my receipt for expense reports, they were able to accomodate me within minutes.

8. However it only opens during the week so was not open on the Friday evening or on Saturday at all so I paid two nights `club room` premium for one breakfast which was an expensive mistake.
