5. The first evening I had difficulty with the in room wireless and they sent up an engineer to assist with the issue, he in turn called the hotel's IT/internet vendor and they quickly addressed the problem.

10. We had a problem with the high speed internet in our room, but after troubleshooting for 30 minutes or so to no positive end the staff upgraded us to a better room.
