Lastly, I had two separate negative experiences with the hotel's staff; I was misled about breakfast hours once (told breakfast would be served until 10am on a Saturday because of a special event taking place at the hotel, when in fact breakfast was only served until 9am) and another time, after arriving at the hotel a little after midnight on a Saturday we asked the front desk agent if he could tell us of any delivery places that would still be open and the guy had no idea, conviniently suggesting we could order room service.
