We do think that the pool personnel should put a stop to people coming out at 7 AM, placing towels on beach chairs and then leaving the area to come back hours later; this is unfair to all the other guests when they can't find an available chair and the pool area is practically empty; people are generally rude and self-centered, but there is no reason the hotel cannont inforce this issue by removing towels from obviously un-occupied chairs to allow other guests a chance to use the pool area.
