1. We complained and moved to a premier suite in the tapa tower which was much nicer, but we still had aircon problems and I had to call the front desk EVERY day to get extra towels- they routinely gave us 2 despite there being four people in the room.

3. Her response was to hand us a tourist magazine and for me to pick as they were 'all fine'The noise in the hotel was awful as well, with the asian tourists on our floor throwing several parties in the middle of the night, and despite calling to complain, nothing was ever done about this.

5. We complained - Hilton offered another room in the Rainbow tower which we took a look at, but it was a single room, and we were traveling with our family and needed two rooms (or a good divide).
