1. The first room was awful- the carpeting was worn and had a hole in it and the mirrors were smeared and dirty.

5. I had good experience in this resort, I swam in the lagoon, which was fun, the 2 pools (stay away from it, extremely dirty), this resort is really built for families with children and couples who does not want to go out and explore the shopping strip.

Of course if that was really the reason, couldn't the staff just wear gloves and provide some level of service?Moving on, theres 1 spa tub for the entire place (unless you stay in the Ali'i tower which has its own) and its on the back side of the resort on the 4th floor and its DIRTY and old and really smelly.

7. My husband and I really liked it because Wailkiki, like many down town areas, is a bit dirty with homeless people, etc.

8. Considering the price we paid initially, the fact that we didn't get what was reserved (king, non-smoking), and the general dirty-feel of the room, we didn't agreed that was quite fair.
