1. It's noisy, very active, costly for some, but still a great place for sunshine.

4. The room was very large and had a great lanai for wheelchairs (see photos for the setup) with a good roll in shower, however it is an older facility and is showing signs of age AND we found it very noisy, even in our room since the bedroom is right by the door and you can hear all the events/parties and people coming and going.

5. About the only thing I could make a point of mentioning in the not so positive is the old air con - it certainly is noisy.

6. Cons:Big busy place, noisy with music if you like to sleep with open windows like we doTypical unionized so-so employees like most Hawaiian hotelsAll the beach front restaurants are infested with birds every morning competing with you for the food on your plate.

9. I would recommend booking a more expensive tower if you value your sleep, otherwise you could be placed near the loading/tour bus drop off which is pretty much noisy throughout the night.
"Beautiful Property " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/8/2012 Vote
10. I know many hotels have these but why not put some sound-proofing there so I don't have to hear everything that goes on in the next room? My neighbors weren't overly noisy so I didn't feel as if I could complain to them - it's the hotel's fault for such poor construction standards.
"Old, impersonal hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/9/2011 Vote
