2. I made the mistake of straying from my Hilton devotion on my first business trip and stayed at the Sheraton Princess (NEVER again).

3. For gosh sake, does't the same person own all the Hiltons? What's it to them if a mistake was made and we needed them to 'make it right' by letting us cancel the existing reservations and stay at the hotel that we originally thought we had booked over the phone with the Hilton Honors folks? The other frustration, which was ongoing, was the elevators.

4. She called the Hilton Waikiki to see if they would re-deposit our points into our Hilton Honors account so she could then deduct them for us to stay at the HHV, and much to our surprise, the manager on duty at the Hilton Waikiki did not want to release our points, even though it was obvious many guests have (since the name change) made the same mistake / or should I say the reservations folks should have been very clear to specify that both have similar names, and to be clear, we were booking at the Hilton Waikiki which is NOT ON THE BEACH and is certainly NOTHING LIKE THE HHV.

5. I may have made a mistake but it seemed to me that the Hilton markets the Ali'i tower as being the most luxurious option within the resort.
