I think it is reflective of
poor
management when this many things go wrong on a 3 day visit.

The balcony was large but old and the furniture was spartan and in
poor

It is simply NOT the way to do it, especially given the very
poor
esteem in which the timeshare industry is held (at least in Europe - maybe the US is different ?)(Oh and the 'concessions' stands that try and sell you all kinds of tat - the Dead Sea beauty guy got RIGHT up my nose.

The balconies are in a
poor
state of repair - bad paint-job on the rails, bricks missing, pot-holes in the walls.

However, not only was his conduct offensive, it was, in the strongest terms possible, categorically and fundamentally unprofessional and an extremely
poor

The
poor
service might well be due in no small measure to the tremendous number of guests which must have numbered in the many thousands with five twenty-five-storey towers.
