1. I hope this doesn't come across as being insensitive, but my only real complaint is that this property caters to the Far East clientele and they appear to have a nonchalant attitude toward everyone else.

2. Minor complaint- If you are not gold or diamond Hilton Honors, you have to pay for the internet.

3. My only real complaint is not the fault of the resort as much as just the sheer size of the place and the rules that Hilton has in place.

5. No major complaints but we did prefer the Embassy Suites as it was a newer hotel with lots of perks included (see review).

6. A couple of complaints: The rooms do not have microwaves so don't bother bringing leftovers back from dinner and the beds/pillows were not top quality for a Hilton hotel.

9. The only complaint I would have is at the Hau Tree bar where we had lunch one day that took over 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us once we were seated and then once we placed our order we find out that it just comes from the pronto pickle (where were could have gone and got it ourselves faster).
