1. Four days later, the bugs were back.

2. We called the front desk again and they said that they could switch us to another room but we were leaving the next morning and didn't want to have to move all of our stuff for one night so we just moved everything away from where the bugs were.

8. The room on the lower floor had bug problems, and being the bottom balcony has disadvantages, since the balcony is larger and therefore positioned in the 'drop' area of all other floors, so anything accidentally let go impacts on your lanai.
