1. My husband has medical problems that make it difficult to walk for long distances (and the Biltmore is quite spread out) plus it can get extremely hot in Phoenix.

5. We were on the back side of the property, so it was a pretty good walk from the parking lot, but the grounds are beautiful, so that really isn't a problem.

6. I told the front desk about the problem at check-out later that morning, and the guy simply made a note of what I said without so much as an apology or even a look of surprise.
