1. I had to have the service people in to repair the broken safe and the heat that didn't work (service was very responsive however, and problems were fixed promptly).

7. broken TVs replaced by yet another broken TV, raucous parties in the main hotel (never stay on the second floor overlooking the bar in the main building or you risk a sleepless night), and even 20-30 minutes in line to get a cup of coffee to go tell me that the hotel does not have a service culture worthy of its reputation.
