1. My husband has medical problems that make it difficult to walk for long distances (and the Biltmore is quite spread out) plus it can get extremely hot in Phoenix.

3. To add to our unique discomfort, there were two very steep ramps on the way to our room from the main building, and since my husband was in a wheelchair, which I was pushing, the inclines and the sharp turn at the base of one of the ramps were vary difficult to negotiate.

9. Upon arriving to the hotel at night, I tried to find the room but the little map and signs around the hotel were small and difficult to find.
