1. One small negative, the bellboy who took us to our room was not familiar enough with the property, and he couldn't find it without our help.

2. The only negative was the limited parking space.

3. Only one negative thing was dealing with one of the bell captains(Chris).

4. There are only two negatives:1.
"Christmas at the Biltmore " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/4/2012 Vote
5. The only negative was that there was construction going on, but it was between 8am and 5pm and we were not in the room much during that time.
"No Wonder Presidents Have Stayed Here " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/4/2012 Vote
6. Not only did Miss Lindsey have a excellent attitude, but a desire to make the guest's experience a good one, she went even further, she selected an friendly server Cheryl who helped to make our luncheon a delight, and she turned our negative impression around 180 degrees, just by the way she handled this opportunity and treated us with respect and genuine care.
"Making delicious lemonade out of lemons " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/24/2011 Vote
7. The spa was another negative highlight: the exercise equipment can be called prehistoric and the sauna is not hot when one arrives (during standard traffic/business hours).
"Not worth to be called a Waldorf Astoria - Rooms are Motel 6 level " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/17/2011 Vote
8. But this was the only negative about an otherwise enjoyable stay.
"The perfect stay for an architect lover - particularly FL Wright " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/12/2011 Vote
9. The only slight negative - the shower drained slowly and gradually filled.

10. Just about the only negative I can think of is that the pool chairs by the main pool get saved (with towels) early in the morning sometimes, so sometimes you may have to find your way to one of the other 8 pools on the property.
"About as good as it gets!!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/25/2011 Vote
