When we called the front desk later in the day to complain, we did not get so much as an 'I'm sorry,' Same with the problems with the wifi--when we called to get resolution, we were first told that there was no problem (not true as we called A T + T on two separate days who were able to determine it was a hotel issue), then told that some of the rooms were dead zones (again not true as I had five bars on both of their networks).

9. When I complained to management they acted like 'oh really we hadn't noticed, well they will be gone soon' The management of the Waldorf Astoria group would never have their family stay in such conditions.
