1. They are relatively spacious, but the bathrooms are really outdated and beat up and the furniture is in need of an update, particularly for the price charged.

Have seen comments here that the rooms seem quite outdated so perhaps I was lucky, but my room was very up-to-date, very large (with a very nice, and very large, bathroom--separate tub and shower), and had a full balcony (third floor) with a beautiful view of the Biltmore grounds (and absolutely lovely view of the fall Arizona sunsets).
