2. We had a huge room (4100) in the more modern building at the back of the property, but it was sparsely furnished with cheap furniture tucked into corners of the room, with a giant empty space in the middle that highlighted the dirty wall coverings and worn carpet.

4. Guest experience: We were given a room with a tiny shower that did not drain properly, and the resort never fixed it, never offered us a different room, and never even apologized for making us shower in ankle-deep dirty water.

10. >The work out gym needs new equipment and new cardio machines--it is dirty inside and the locker rooms were well worn--for a 5 Star there needs to be some monies put into this>The issue is service--there were few guests here the week we were here and the pool and Spa service got worst and worst as we were there.
