6. The room itself is dated, non-flat screen tv, dated decor, peeling paint etc, but the price is good compared to the other hotels on this street.

7. Parking ($15 a night fee) is between the hotel and the street, and note that the outdoor seating area for many of the standard rooms face the parking lot.

10. I cruised around trying to figure out where else we could park and if we were alone (we were traveling with two kids) we would of parked in the park parking lot across the street overnight.
