2. The room itself is dated, non-flat screen tv, dated decor, peeling paint etc, but the price is good compared to the other hotels on this street.

3. From the point of view of the reunion the KK has it all: plenty of rooms at a reasonable price, great location with a view of the Submarine Base, meeting rooms, restaurants, and is close to the airport.

4. I booked on one of the discount websites and got a decent price so all in all including breakfast, it was about $348 for two nights and two free breakfasts, and lots of relaxation.
