1. The concierge guy is really helpful, and does run a bus to the airport, if it's convenient he will drop you at the airport where you can catch a bus in, it's a lot cheaper, but not the nicest of experiences and you would still need to get a taxi return.

3. We wanted good Asian cuisine in the area and the concierge really came through with his excellent recommedation of a fantastic Thai resturant near by (Spices Bay Thai Kitchen).
