1. Called and faxed the hotel and they were indifferent like 'Didn't you know it costs $150.00 to do your laundry!' And to top it all off we had to sit around and wait till the last minute literally for the privilege of being charged $150.

3. The management's ignorance cost us a day of vacation, and it is extremely hard to understand why a hotel would treat their guests like this.

Also the addtional cost to use the gym, had the staff been a little more pleasant at the time of check in we would have thought 'oh well our mistake' but the arrogance of the check in clerks especially when i mentioned about the parking and the breakfast costs, immediately made me wish to spend as little money in this hotel as possible.

6. Location - great if you want peace and quiet, but you do need a car, it costs $24 to get a taxi to gaslamp district which can make it an expensive night out.
