1. Not going to spend a lot of time on things like lobby (who cares) or location (it is really in the middle of nowhere - end of a pathetic 'island').

4. In the lobby is a comfy seating area with a nice fireplace, the pool is big and inviting, and I was happy to see they had a few lanes blocked off for serious swimmers.
