7. The location was perfect to get to Sea World, The Zoo, drive along the harbour, ocean beach park, etc. We ate at Pizza Nova one night and loved it.

10. From the point of view of the reunion the KK has it all: plenty of rooms at a reasonable price, great location with a view of the Submarine Base, meeting rooms, restaurants, and is close to the airport.
