7. In addition money needs to be spent on the pool area, re-surfacing & re-grouting the pool, and creating a bar/cafe area.

Also the addtional cost to use the gym, had the staff been a little more pleasant at the time of check in we would have thought 'oh well our mistake' but the arrogance of the check in clerks especially when i mentioned about the parking and the breakfast costs, immediately made me wish to spend as little money in this hotel as possible.
