1. The room had a lovely view of the courtyard, pool and harbor and a nice gated patio, however it smelled musty and old.

2. There is an old fashioned, rather loud, wall-unit air conditioner that protrudes out onto the lanai; which by the way is very nice with its patio table and chairs.

3. Our room was so quiet and very beautiful we sat on the patio watching the boats listening to the wildlife, enjoyed evening fireworks display from Seaworld on the patio, fantastic walking paths along the waterfront.

6. The location is great, at the tip of Shelter Island, we had a great view of the harbor, but our patio furniture was so old and dirty looking you didn't want to sit on it for fear of it rubbing off on your clothes.
