1. The bed was the best part: not too soft, not too firm, with plenty of pillows, high thread count sheets, and a weighted, but cool-to-the-touch down comforter.

Since we had read tripadvisor and KNEW these people used converted conference rooms with sofa beds (or sofa beds overloaded with King sized matresses) we seen ours had an actual bed - so instead of going to the front desk and risk losing an actual bed (which was very comfortable, and nice clean sheets) we found a very nice housekeeper who came in and tidied it up.
