Rooms are large, and some look out on (noisy) streets (hotel is just off Bourbon street in busy French Quarter) which means no sleep (especially as the noise is compounded by trash trucks that arrive at 4AM and begin their loud dumping and crunching noise); other rooms (much preferred) look out on inner courtyards (one which has nice-looking pool area); and other rooms inexplicably have windows looking at an indoor messy area full of construction debris and stacked mattresses.
