On our final night we were given our invoice which showed 3 additional charges on our

The in-room internet through the television did not work very well and I called the front desk after 10 minutes of fiddling around with it and asked her to remove the $10.00 charge for the service off the
bill
- which she said she would take care of, but did not do.

I appreciate that hotels get old, and I understand that renovations are needed at times, but to

a hotel as a 'luxury' hotel when it's in as bad a shape as the Chateau Bourbon, is deceptive advertising.
