1. Stayed in this hotel for a few days in August for a surprise trip, and the management staff upgraded our original room to a suite, free of charge.

10. 2) We had to pay $3/day to use the safe; 3) there was no laundry room on site; so we had to drive to Terrytown LA (25 min trip); 4) we registered 5 people (we got towels for 4) so we had to go down to the 2nd floor and pick up extra towels (swimming towels) each day, 5) room service didn't clean out rooms until late in the day, 6) the bathroom floor vibrated and made a horrible buzzing noise, 7) hotel attempted to charge us $200 a night instead of $149 (reserved for) and for this price; we didn't have a microwave.
