1. We arrived to a very clean and pleasant lobby with friendly staff on reception, we had 2 rooms booked for 3 nights.

10. If I spend $100/night, I expect the room to be a little dirty perhaps, however, this is a $200/night room and while the lobby was beautiful and the staff was VERY nice, the room felt a bit dirty and could use an update or two.
