7. Upon check-in I was greeted by a pleasant and helpful staff that up-graded me to a Balcony Room at no extra charge.

9. Check in was brilliant, arrived a noon , checked our luggage in a storage room, they called us on my cell at 2:30 to tell us the room was ready.
