4. The valet and front desk staff were courteous and helpful, asking if we needed assistance with directions, etc. The room was clean and had all Heavenly products, including the double showerhead - which I've found that not all Westins have.

6. The good:- Valet & Bell staff friendly, helpful and prompt- Heavenly Bed- Bathrobes provided in room- Location was within comfortable walking distance to attractions around the White House; slightly longer walks to the Smithsonian/Mall area.
