1. The hotel is lovely--room was immaculate and tasteful-I have three points of criticism-1- guest are not affored free wi-fi --rooms in this hotel are in the medium range-providing in room wi-fi- should be an added amenity--2-after a nice dinner- i desired dessert however-i wish to carry it back to to the room with me--a take out container was provided- when the bill arrived i was stunned to see a service charge for this--a charge for the waitress to place two scoops of sorbet in a take out container--outrageous--the 2nd night's dinner was at the wonderful restaurant B Smith at Union Station--I also ordered dessert to go and was not charged an additional service charge.

2. Wired connections are the only ones that can be billed to the room for some reason.

3. The bad news - the hotel looks tired, the carpet in the lobby needs to be cleaned or replaced, no free wifi (even in the lobby!), the fitness center could use some newer cardio machines, no umbrellas available for guests, the front desk couldn't provide change for larger bills on two separate occasions.

4. It was an overall okay experience, but for a hotel that bills itself as '4 stars in Dupont Circle', it wasn't four stars and it certainly wasn't in Dupont Circle.

10. There was a misunderstanding with the room rate i asked three times regarding the price written on my key folder and the price for the booking, one peson said i would be charged the bookinh price and two stated that the price written on the key folder is the price i will be charged, the night befrore i checked out the bill arrived reflecting the boooking price, after a brief call to the front desk the amout was altered , i was pleased with this outcome.
