1. Because my rooms extended over the lobby and bar, it was quite noisy, but I did enjoy the spa jacuzzi and bidet in the bathroom, as well as 2 refrigerators and a lovely bed.

3. Second, our upgraded room was nice and clean with a very comfortable king bed on the 9th floor with an outside view and a small welcome treat - compliments of the house for my birthday.

7. It may not be new, but the bed was very comfortable, the shower water pressure and temperature good, the bath amenities nice (typical of a westin), and I enjoyed wonderful peace and quiet till the alarm clock woke me at 6:30 AM (to someone else's opera station setting.
