1. Finally, walked out and no one to get us a cab so we ended up walking to a more main street to help ourselves.

2. In response to earlier complaints in reviews here, in my experience, towels were always new/good quality/fluffy, and linens were sparkling; all bathroom amenities were replenished without needing request; and other than one stream of emergency vehicle sirens on one early evening, I did not hear ANY street noise nor did I hear noise from my hallway or adjacent rooms (and my hearing is fine).

3. Most hotel rooms faced inwardly towards lobby, so on the one hand, you don't get noise from street but you get the noise from the lobby.

5. Pros:- The staff was very helpful, friendly, and very efficient- The room was very large, and the bed was super comfortable- The bathroom was also very large and clean- The hotel was on a relatively quiet street.

7. What's interesting about DC is that very nice streets are interspersed with sketchy streets; I wasn't always comfortable.
