2. Hotels in DC,in general, are expensive at any time of year so look around at the rates at other nearby hotels to see what they charge and if you can make a deal to get the best available rate.

4. 3-There is a $40/night charge for on site parking/valet--quite steep- On the whole I enjoyed this hotel--however i will re-evaluate where I partake of my meals and definitely find street parking; if visiting again.

6. I got a small package and there was a $5 handling fee added onto my room charge for picking it up (the package contents were a stack of papers not even worth $5).
