5. I called ahead to request a room that would not be noisy and the front desk manager not only took care of blocking it, but his staff on duty was waiting for me upon check-in to make sure it was OK.

6. Special praise goes to the manager Felix who helped us a great deal when we are leaving the hotel to get to the Newark Airport (which is at least one hour away) as there were some mix-up with the transporation company.
