1. 10 minutes walk to Union Square where the great shopping is.

2. Position was excellent, not in the thick of it but about a 15 minute walk from the city centre/BART stations and just a short walk from cable cars and buses that can take you where you want to go - just ask the staff, they know the best way to get to places.

7. Location of the hotel is good just a couple of blocks walk (10 mins) and you can catch the tram down to the pier and its also a reasonably short cab ride to union square which are both must dos when your in town.
