9. We did fly into SFO later (around midnight) so I don't think the shuttle would have been available anyway, but for anyone who will flying in at normal hours.

10. (wasn't expecting it to be that high) The hotel should have a link to a shuttle service from the airport, I think it was Lori's Shuttle(?), which cost about $15 a person.
