1. The guy at the front desk didn't seem particularly suprised or bothered when we came downstairs covered in bites with an actual bed bug in a plastic bottle at 3am in the morning, but the general manager was very accommodating the next day and apologised profusely.

7. We were so looking forward to this part of our holiday as the manager had contacted us a couple of times to let us know about a greeter service they are presenting to their guests.
