6. The service was fairly quick and friendly and the food was great however it is fairly expensive for breakfast costing us about $55 for three, furthermore they put an additional 20% service charge on top automatically which I thought was really not right.

7. We had breakfast the day we arrived and were a little disappointed that they put on 20% gratuity automatically when it states in the menu that this is for parties of 6 or more, I don't mind tipping but I dong feel it should be automatic,if it's good service then I will tip.

8. Location of the hotel was adequate with a good bus service a block away but I would recommend that for a first time visitor to San Francisco pays a couple of extra dollars and looks for a hotel closer to Fishermans Wharf.
