1. You do need to park your car directly in front and then take the keys to the desk - but after that it is in-and-out parking for the same evening rate (which was reasonable, I think $35 per night).

2. ) We found the staff to be helpful and responsive, particularly in dealing with parking, etc. We only made the happy hour in the lobby one time, which all seemed a little awkward and perfunctory, but it's a lovely gesture.

3. The neighborhood is borderline but also not bad by SF standards and, as a native New Yorker I enjoyed eschewing the $30 overnight parking fee and successfully fending for myself on nearby streets.

6. Parking is not a real problem here, there is a parking in front of the hotel and it costs USD 20 per day, and you can come and go any time and dont have to pay any extras.
