9. I walked into the Hotel Carlton to check in and was greeted with a huge smile from Edgar, the desk clerk.

10. The check in personnel immediately knew who we were and greeted us with ' Good Evening Mr C and Mr J', they immediately gave us our room keys and said should we wish to stay for a couple more glasses of wine this would be complimentary.
